1. Acceptance of Terms

General Bonus Rules

Bets, Stakes and Results

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players, including sharing cards or hand information in live games

VIP Points

• VIP points are earned at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 of real-money wagers placed on any 339bet game or sportsbook market.
• Points earned from bonus fund bets do not count toward VIP tier accumulation.
• VIP points do not have a monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they exist solely to determine tier status.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. Players who fall below the wagering threshold for their current tier may have their tier adjusted at the next review.

VIP Cashback

Weekly VIP cashback is paid with zero wagering requirements. The calculation is: (total deposits − total withdrawals − bonuses received) for the previous week. If this figure is negative, the applicable cashback percentage is credited to your balance. The minimum cashback payment threshold is Rs 500 — amounts below this carry forward to the following week.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

339bet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, absence of errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 339bet is not liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from technical failures, internet outages or service interruptions outside its reasonable control
• 339bet is not liable for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform — you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and you accept that risk voluntarily
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error, 339bet's maximum liability is limited to returning your original stake for the affected bet

Nothing in this section limits 339bet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

339bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if any of the following conditions are met:

• The account holder is found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is detected or suspected
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion
• KYC documents have not been provided within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel account restriction

Where a suspension is imposed for investigation purposes, 339bet will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeframe to the player. Voluntary Account Closure
